Su salida al mar.. y por supuesto los shows nocturnos cortos pero bonitosss

Deberían tener algunos equipos de diversión a disposición si tienen esa salida al mar..y hacer mantenimiento a la zona de arena pues estaba muy poca ya..y era incómodo caminar por allí.

Cumplió lo que había contratado.

El hotel tiene un área para baños de mar cercado y es bastante grande . Se puede snorkear se ve mucha vida debajo del mar. También tiene un jaquzi afuera bien calentito! Eso nos encanto por que es bien pegado al mar .Hermoso. Eso fue lo que más me gusto!

La comida que ofrece el hotel es poco variada. El internet y desayuno son de pago.

El costo me parece algo elevado y están remodelando por lo que un día desafortunadamente el ascensor se averió y mi habitación era el piso 12 por lo que tuvimos que subir caminando todos los pisos

Muy buen desayuno. Atención excepcional de todo el personal. Te asignan un "mayordomo" que está al pendiente de todos tus requerimientos. El servicio a la zona de alberca y área de arena, excepcional.

Good Hotel For Snorkeling and Diving

Very relaxing. Dive shop on site. Good snorkeling right from shore. All inclusive including drinks. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

When we checked in, we asked for a quiet room - which we received. However, towards the end of our stay, they decided to remodel the room above us. Workers were in the room working till at least 10pm. Very noisy and very annoying. The food was plentiful but just ok. Service was slow. Hotel is next to the Cruise ship port. Ships block your view and lots of the passengers come to the hotel which can make it very crowded during the day.

Was a great value for the price.

I liked the small kitchen in our room. The A/C was plenty cold. Was really cool to see the Cruise ships just outside our windows everyday. The ocean view was awesome and relaxing. The snorkeling was spectacular at the seaside of the hotel.

Parts of the Hotel were under construction. The water and coffee in the room was not provided for after the first day. The internet was not complimentary. The driveway at the front of the property was broken concrete and stones, very dangerous to walk on. The mosquitos were horrible after dark.

Stay here if your ideal view is of cruise ships instead of the ocean from your ocean view room

This hotel is feet away from the cruise ship terminal. You will see the many cruise ships from this hotel and even from your room depending on where your room is. When I say you will see the cruise ships, you will see the people walking around, the ship is so so so close. IF you liek that then great, if not, this will bother you as the ships block the ocean view. Eventually, they leave at night, but cannot be sure on their departure schedule every day, every season. The pics on the bookings.com site is misleading regarding the closeness of the cruise ships. Also this is a value hotel, cheaper that most, so you get what you pay for, staff is jus there to do their job, nothing extra. Room is nothing but functional and that is it. So if you want to save money and want to be near cruise ships though you are far far away from Cozumel downtown, then stay here

Friendly staff, nice hotel and a good stay but the elevator was a bit unreliable

The staff was very nice, smiling, very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was good and restaurant staff also very nice, smiling and helpful. Location was good and pool was ok (nothing special).

During our three days stay 18 Okt. - 21 Okt. 2021 at least one and more often both of the elevators was out of use so we had to walk up and down to our room on the 8th floor! That is not what you expect when staying at a hotel like this and paying this price, so not very satisfied with that at all!! The room was nice and view as well but the when we leave the room with the balcony door open to get fresh air and aircon turned off in the morning and come back to the room with closed door and aircon turned on to only 22 degrees Celcius (way too cold and unnecessary) and the floor in the room was constantly wet from condensation even though we had the door open, fan on and aircon off.

Meals too expensive at the restaurant on site. Down the block you can eat tacos or other meals for a lot cheaper $90.00 for all inclusive. I don't eat $90.00 worth of food a day TOO expensive

I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful this resort was, staff was wonderful, everything clean, great set up. Ever

This property Exceeded my expectations! Right on the water, everything was so close on the resort. If you want to adventure outside resort, you can walk to so much!!!

There was NOTHING i did not like about this place.

I will NEVER recommend!

I liked very little. Most of the staff was rude.

They accused us of sharing our all inclusive with others. We went to the grocery store and bought food and drinks for the rest of our party. We thought ALL rooms were all inclusive and didn’t know it until we checked in and got a lunch bill for $140.00
